AI for Everyone is a beginner-level course for people who want a clear, practical introduction. You do not need a technical background or any previous experience with AI.

What you'll do
You’ll build a practical understanding of what AI is, how it appears in familiar tools and why its answers need checking. Rather than treating AI as a solution to every problem, you’ll consider where it might help and where human judgement still matters.
You’ll explore how to:
- Recognise common ways AI is used in everyday tasks.
- Give an AI tool clearer instructions and review what it produces.
- Spot possible errors, bias and missing context.
- Consider what information is appropriate to share with an AI tool.
- Decide when using AI is helpful — and when another approach may be better.
The aim is to leave with a more grounded view of AI: enough understanding to try it thoughtfully, question its output and make your own decisions about how to use it.
