What this course is designed to do

SQL for Data Analysis is a practical beginner-to-intermediate course designed to help learners understand how to use SQL to work with real business data.

The course is delivered in 5 sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours, for a total of 10 hours of learning and hands-on practice.

Learners will start with the basics of SQL and gradually build confidence in writing queries, filtering and sorting data, performing calculations, summarising information, joining multiple tables, and cleaning data.

The course focuses strongly on practice. Learners will work with realistic datasets and answer common business questions around sales, customers, products, orders and performance.

By the end of the course, learners should be able to use SQL independently for everyday data analysis tasks and complete a practical project using the skills covered during the sessions.

This course is suitable for beginners, aspiring data analysts, business professionals, and anyone who wants to build a strong foundation in SQL for data analysis.
